Carmäleon Drive by Harry Quenz

Please note the following information

  • In order to be able to devote sufficient time to you, we have opted for an elective practice. This means that although you will have to pay a proportion of your therapy yourself, we can offer you a high quality of active and passive therapeutic measures in our spacious, state-of-the-art facilities.
  • As an elective therapy practice, Carmeloen Drive cannot bill health insurance companies directly. The therapy can be indirectly reimbursed by most health insurance companies. The prerequisite is that a referral authorised by the head physician is available before the start of therapy. Private supplementary insurance (e.g. private accident insurance) usually covers the excess.
  • Patients are asked to bring all relevant medical documents (x-rays, findings, MRI images, etc.) to the first appointment.
  • Patients who are unable to attend an appointment are requested to inform Carmäleon Drive at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of non-compliance, Carmäleon Drive reserves the right to charge the cost of the cancelled appointment.
  • If pain or discomfort occurs during or after the therapy, Carmäleon Drive must be informed immediately.
  • As a rule, patients pay cashless directly at the Carmäleon Drive practice at the payment terminal in the front office area before the start of treatment.
  • The treatment and the course of treatment are documented by Carmäleon Drive within the legal framework and subsequently stored for a maximum of 10 years. Patients give their express consent to this at the start of treatment. In this context, patients are entitled to all rights under the GDPR.
